MEDRANO ESTATE CHARDONNAY
Appellation: Medrano, Mendoza,Argentina.
Yield: 12 tn/ha.
Altitude: 750 m.
Harvest: Early of March.
Ageing: 30% of the wine in contact with oak for 4 months.
Winemaker: Mario Malatto.
Tasting note: Light green and yellow hints in the colour. In the nose appear some white flowers and appricots, later a slight pinapple note. In the mouth is soft and nice, due to malolactic fermentation and the short time with oak contact. Fresh and good acidity make it easy to drink.
