Vineyard located in Medrano, Mendoza. Altitude 2100 ft/850 m. Manual harvest. Sandy soils. Fermentation at 79-82°F.
Unoak. Nice yellow / green shades. A pleasing mix of apricot, white flowers and soft pinnapple finish in the nose. Clean, fresh and fruity in the mouth.
Serve with salad, fish, chiken, sushi and vegetables pies.
Harvest: mid March. pH: 3.75. Alc/vol: 13.0%.
Residual sugar: 1.88 g/L.
