LAZOS TRIO TORRONTES
Appellation: Santa Rosa, Mendoza, Argentina. 40 years old vines. Altitude: 650 m / 2100 ft.
Soil: clay loam, deep and rich.
Harvest: In mid March.
Alcoholic Fermentation: It was carried out with the addition of indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 25º-28ºC / 77º-82ºF. Afterwards, natural malolactic fermentation took place.
Winemaker: Mario Malatto
Tasting notes: unoaked, it is very intense, with tropical fruits, white flowers and soft herbal notes. In the mouth is soft, fresh and fruity. You can serve it with sushi, spicy food, chiken or fish.
